Getting Started with Smizzy

Smizzy turns a written idea into artwork for a physical product. Start with a custom T-shirt or jigsaw puzzle, explore another available product, or choose an existing design from the ready-made Shop.
1. Choose what you want to make
For a shirt, follow the T-shirt walkthrough. It covers describing your idea, reviewing the front print, making edits, choosing sizes and ordering.
For a puzzle, follow the step-by-step puzzle guide. Create artwork, select an available piece count, inspect the framing and order a puzzle with a matching printed tin.
The Create menu lists other currently available experiences. Product options differ, so use the controls and availability shown on the page you choose. If you prefer to skip generation, browse the ready-made Shop, select a product and choose its available options.
What you receive
You are ordering a physical product with your chosen design. Smizzy does not offer a downloadable artwork or print-file purchase. Saving a design keeps it available in the supported Smizzy workflow; it does not download the artwork.
Ready-made means the Shop artwork is already designed. Shop products are still produced after you order, so allow for production as well as shipping.
Compare pricing and ordering
Creating artwork and buying the physical product are separate steps. Before generating or editing, check the allowance or credit cost shown in the generator. A generation allowance does not include a printed product. The FAQ explains account and credit options.

Example: one shirt or two?
These examples use size S custom front-print T-shirts in one compatible shipping group. They include the current automatic shirt discount, if eligible, and standard US shipping. Other sizes, products and mixed carts can cost differently.

Within one compatible T-shirt fulfillment group, US shipping is $5 for the first shirt and $2.50 for each additional shirt.
For group shirts, add the sizes and quantities you need to the same cart. Eligible volume discounts depend on the combined qualifying quantity. Other products have their own discount rules; the cart shows the discount that applies.
Items with different fulfillment profiles may ship in separate packages, arrive on different days, and have separate shipping charges. Your cart and checkout show the authoritative total before payment.
Delivery and changes to an order
Smizzy currently ships to United States addresses. Most orders arrive within 6–10 calendar days of purchase. Some products and destinations take longer, including remote and military addresses. Holidays and carrier delays can also extend delivery times. Product-specific delivery notes apply where provided. These are estimates, not guarantees. Some products have different estimates; check the Shipping Policy for product-specific details before choosing a gift deadline.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept buyer-remorse, change-of-mind, or wrong-size returns or exchanges.
Report a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. After review, you may choose a replacement or a refund for the affected item and its applicable recorded shipping allocation. A physical return is not normally required. See the Return & Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Before paying, check each item's design, options and quantity, the delivery address, any discounts, shipping charges and the final checkout total.
2. Give the artwork a clear direction
Describe the main subject, setting or action, and the mood or visual style you want. Put exact words in quotation marks. A focused idea gives you a clearer result to evaluate than many conflicting instructions.
Puzzles use your description and chosen art direction; photo, logo and artwork uploads are not supported. Eligible T-shirt artwork can show an Add Band Logo option after generation, which requires signing in and a supported transparent logo. This is a specific logo option rather than a general artwork-upload tool.
Review your available generation credits and any verification prompt before generating. You can start supported guest experiences without an account.
3. Review, edit and save
Inspect the artwork before ordering, especially spelling, faces, important details and anything near the print edges. Make a focused edit if needed, then inspect the whole result again. The preview is a simulation; it cannot guarantee exact screen-to-print colors.
A Smizzy preview watermark protects the displayed artwork and is not part of the finished print. Puzzle seam and safe-area guides are also preview aids, not printed lines. Review the artwork itself before buying: screen colors and the physical print can differ.
Saving and sharing depend on the product. Guest T-shirt saves stay in the current browser; sign in for account saving and sharing. Puzzle drafts and sharing require signing in. Follow the displayed capacity and read the FAQ for retention information. Save a version you want to keep before starting over.
4. Choose options and check out
Select the size, piece count or other available options, set the quantity, and add the product to your cart. Confirm each item and its options. Current prices, eligible discounts and shipping charges appear in the cart and checkout.
Continue to checkout to review your address and total before payment. Guest checkout is supported. Read the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before ordering; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

5. Find your order and follow delivery
After payment, look for your order confirmation email. Open Orders and sign in using the email address entered at checkout, including if you checked out as a guest. If you need a sign-in link, request it there and check your inbox and spam folder. Production and shipping are separate stages; tracking appears after a package ships, and different product groups may arrive separately. Open Orders.
A recent purchase can take a moment to appear. If the confirmation page says payment was received but the order is still being recorded, do not pay again. Check that you are signed in with the email on your receipt; use a different checkout email if you opened the wrong account. If the order still does not appear, contact support with your order number, if available, and checkout email. Never send card details. Contact support if you need help.
For delivery estimates, address corrections, delayed tracking or separate packages, read the Shipping Policy. For cancellation requests or an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, read the Return & Refund Policy.
Saving, sharing and using your artwork
Guest T-shirt saves belong to the current browser and can be lost if its saved site data is cleared. Sign in before saving designs you want to access on another device. Saving is not permanent file storage; check the FAQ for draft limits and retention.
A supported share link lets anyone who has the link view the shared design, and they can pass the link on. Depending on the product, shared information can include its prompt and style. A recipient must sign in to save a supported shared shirt or puzzle to their own drafts. Avoid private information in artwork or prompts you intend to share; account saving and public sharing are different actions.
Our Terms allow personal and commercial use of generated designs, with responsibility on you to respect other people's intellectual property. Only use logos, artwork and brand assets you own or have permission to use. Generating a design does not guarantee that it is unique or free from similarities to existing work. Read the Terms before using someone else's names, artwork or logos.
If generation or a preview goes wrong
Follow the message shown by the generator. For a temporary technical issue, wait a minute before trying again. If it asks you to change the idea or content, revise the request first. The error message identifies a confirmed credit refund or an attempt that used no credit; do not assume every interrupted attempt has already been refunded. If a result is missing or your balance still looks wrong, contact support with the product, approximate time and error message.
Keep the page open while generation is running. If the page offers a preview retry, use that control; starting a new generation is a separate attempt. If you need help, contact support instead of repeatedly creating new designs to look for a missing result.
