Choose a product and describe the artwork you want. For a T-shirt, choose the shirt color and an optional art direction before creating the preview. For a puzzle, choose an art direction, then select the piece count and framing after the artwork is ready. Review the product preview, request any needed edit, and add it to your cart when it looks right.

You are ordering a physical product with your chosen design. Smizzy does not offer a downloadable artwork or print-file purchase. Saving a design keeps it available in the supported Smizzy workflow; it does not download the artwork.

A Smizzy preview watermark protects the displayed artwork and is not part of the finished print. Puzzle seam and safe-area guides are also preview aids, not printed lines. Review the artwork itself before buying: screen colors and the physical print can differ.

Ready-made means the Shop artwork is already designed. Shop products are still produced after you order, so allow for production as well as shipping.

No. Describe the subject, setting, colors, mood, and must-have details. Put exact wording in quotation marks. After Smizzy creates a preview, ask for one specific change at a time.

You can try up to five generations as a guest. A free account includes 15 credits that reset every seven days. Creating a new design or asking the AI to edit one uses one credit. Ordinary product choices such as shirt size and quantity or puzzle piece count and position do not.

Follow the message shown by the generator. For a temporary technical issue, wait a minute before trying again. If it asks you to change the idea or content, revise the request first. The error message identifies a confirmed credit refund or an attempt that used no credit; do not assume every interrupted attempt has already been refunded. If a result is missing or your balance still looks wrong, contact support with the product, approximate time and error message. Contact support.

Each generator has art directions selected for that product. The T-shirt generator offers curated choices and also lets you describe a custom style. The puzzle generator includes choices such as Photorealistic, Fantasy, Stained Glass, Storybook, Watercolor, Cute Cartoon, and more.

After creating eligible front-print T-shirt artwork, sign in and use Add Band Logo in the preview to upload a horizontal PNG or WebP logo with a transparent background. Smizzy places it automatically. General photo and artwork uploads are not supported for new T-shirts. Puzzle designs use your written description and selected art direction, without direct logo, photo, or artwork uploads. Supported sticker and magnet experiences continue to offer logo and QR options.

Not currently. The current T-shirt generator creates front prints only and does not offer a new QR-code or back-print add-on. Older saved shirts can retain compatible options they were created with. Supported sticker and magnet experiences still offer logo and QR options.

Yes. Both the T-shirt and puzzle generators let you request one specific change at a time, such as changing a color or object. Each AI edit uses one credit. Review the updated product preview before ordering.

After your T-shirt artwork is ready, you can change the available size or quantity. You can change the color on new shirt previews without regenerating the artwork. Some older saved designs need a confirmed update; follow the displayed options and cost. For puzzles, you can switch among available piece counts, reposition the artwork, and turn the safe-area and seam guides on or off without requesting new artwork.

We use Gildan 5000 heavy cotton tees. Solid colors are 100% cotton; heather and other blended colors have different fiber mixes. Sizes S through 5XL are offered subject to live color and size availability. White may appear slightly off-white, and Natural can contain small dark flecks.

The current fulfillment route may use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) or DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing depending on the design, shirt color, and available production method. Print feel and appearance can vary. Follow the finished garment's care instructions because normal wear and washing can change a print over time.

Current custom unisex shirt base prices are S, M, L, XL: $22.99; 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL: $25.99. The generator and cart show the current item price. Within one compatible T-shirt fulfillment group, US shipping is $5 for the first shirt and $2.50 for each additional shirt. Other products use their own shipping profiles, and different fulfillment groups may ship separately.

Yes. You can add the same design to your cart with different available sizes for girls weekends, bachelorette parties, bands, family reunions, or other group events. There is no stated minimum beyond the quantity shown in the cart.

The current custom puzzle is available in 30, 110, 252, 500, 1,000, and 2,000 pieces, subject to availability. Every size comes in a white metal tin printed with the finished artwork. The current price appears when you select a piece count.

Keep faces, wording, and other must-see details inside the safe-area guide. The piece-seam view is a planning simulation; the manufactured cut pattern may vary. You can drag the artwork to adjust its framing before ordering.

After payment, look for your order confirmation email. Open Orders and sign in using the email address entered at checkout, including if you checked out as a guest. If you need a sign-in link, request it there and check your inbox and spam folder. Production and shipping are separate stages; tracking appears after a package ships, and different product groups may arrive separately. Open Orders.

A recent purchase can take a moment to appear. If the confirmation page says payment was received but the order is still being recorded, do not pay again. Check that you are signed in with the email on your receipt; use a different checkout email if you opened the wrong account. If the order still does not appear, contact support with your order number, if available, and checkout email. Never send card details. Contact support.

Most orders arrive within 6–10 calendar days of purchase. Some products and destinations take longer, including remote and military addresses. Holidays and carrier delays can also extend delivery times. Product-specific delivery notes apply where provided. These are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking appears after a fulfillment partner ships a package. Items with different fulfillment profiles may ship in separate packages, arrive on different days, and have separate shipping charges. Not currently. Smizzy accepts orders for delivery within the United States and charges in USD.

Whole-order cancellation is available on a best-effort basis within 20 hours of purchase. It is complete only after every fulfillment leg is stopped and the payment refund is confirmed. Request it from your Orders page as soon as possible. Partial-item cancellation is not available.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept buyer-remorse, change-of-mind, or wrong-size returns or exchanges. Report a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item within 30 days of delivery. After review, you may choose a replacement or a refund for the affected item and its applicable recorded shipping allocation. A physical return is not normally required. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need another 5 to 10 business days to post the credit. Read the Return & Refund Policy.

The T-shirt generator can keep up to 24 saved shirts. Guest shirt saves remain in that browser. Shirts saved while signed in sync across devices and can be shared. Signed-in customers can keep up to 10 puzzle drafts. Unpurchased drafts may be removed after 30 days; purchased designs are retained.

A supported share link lets anyone who has the link view the shared design, and they can pass the link on. Depending on the product, shared information can include its prompt and style. A recipient must sign in to save a supported shared shirt or puzzle to their own drafts. Avoid private information in artwork or prompts you intend to share; account saving and public sharing are different actions.

Our Terms allow personal and commercial use of generated designs, with responsibility on you to respect other people's intellectual property. Only use logos, artwork and brand assets you own or have permission to use. Generating a design does not guarantee that it is unique or free from similarities to existing work. Read the Terms.

Yes. Smizzy generates original artwork from your prompt and selected style. Review each result before ordering: generated text and fine details can need another pass, and supported generators let you refine the design before you put it on a product.
