1. Custom-Made & Print-on-Demand Items
At Smizzy, every product you order is custom-made and printed specifically for you using advanced print-on-demand technology. Because each item is unique and produced on demand, **we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing selection.**
We highly encourage you to review your AI-generated designs, custom text overlays, and size selections carefully before completing your purchase. Detailed sizing guides are available on our product designer pages.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will gladly arrange a **free replacement or a full refund**.
**How to request a replacement or refund:**
- Contact our support team at support@smizzy.store within **14 days** of receiving your package.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs displaying the damaged area, print defect, or incorrect item received.
Once verified, we will submit a reprint request to our print providers immediately, or issue a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
3. Order Cancellations
We offer a **20-hour cancellation window** from the moment your order is placed. Within this timeframe, you can cancel your order directly from your account's Orders page for a full refund.
After 20 hours, the design details are sent to our print providers, and printing begins. Once the production process starts, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
4. Lost or Undelivered Packages
All orders are shipped with full tracking details. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed without delivery, please contact us.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will order a replacement shipment for you at no additional cost. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided during checkout.
