Where We Ship

Smizzy currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses in the United States. Prices, shipping charges, and checkout totals are shown in USD.

Shipping Charges

Shipping depends on the product, quantity, and fulfillment group. Within one compatible T-shirt fulfillment group, US shipping is $5 for the first shirt and $2.50 for each additional shirt.

Each actual fulfillment group receives its own first-item and additional-item calculation. Quantities consolidate only within the same compatible group.

Items with different fulfillment profiles may ship in separate packages, arrive on different days, and have separate shipping charges. Your cart and checkout show the authoritative total before payment.

Production and Delivery Estimates

Most orders are estimated to take 2 to 7 business days to produce and another 2 to 8 business days in transit, normally 4 to 15 business days after order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Weekends, holidays, carrier interruptions, destination access, and unusual order-review needs can extend these estimates. Tracking information appears after a fulfillment partner ships a package.

Separate Packages

A single order can contain products made by different fulfillment groups. Those items may have separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different days. This does not mean an item is missing from the order.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Check the delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if it needs correction; an address change is possible only before the affected fulfillment work has progressed too far.

If tracking stalls or a package does not arrive within the carrier's estimate, email support@smizzy.store with your order number. We will review the shipment with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
